    Worst hospital ever, i have to chase for results for days. Everyone seems to not know anything, from receptionists to doctors!
    I will never go again and warn everyone about this fake hospital.
  • Sub par by far

    The only thing this app has going for it is that it is consistant with tech service for the region, extremely low. You will spend an hour just trying to get what you need and half the time there document/appointment or function you need doesn’t work. Waste of time
  • No Longer Functional

    No longer works. Cannot book, cancel, or reschedule appointments.

    Cannot even log in. App consistently crashes.
  • Some issues in your app

    Please solve the login issue , every time the app asks for my credentials , even if just logged in few hours back ! Also face recognition is not working ,

    Finally , overall performance need to be enhanced to solve slowness issues .

    I have a problem with the app when go outside from the app and open the app told me to sign in again I don’t know why?
  • Updates not working

    With the new update you have done, I am not being able to use the appp anymore. Always it hangs somewhere . I wish you kept the old version it was working properly
  • Bothersome

    I don’t want notifications daily about general health tips. No way to turn them off. I only want notifications regarding appointments or lab results.
  • They ruined the app

    Whoever changed the app ruined it. It was better before. It was difficult changing the language to English. That should be on the home page. They are also missing a lot of my past medical records and dr. Lists that were there before. Someone ruined the app!
  • Does not work well on iOS

    I tried to make an appointment for Physiotherapy but it does not proceed further to select the hospital so I can’t make an appointment.
    Also my preferred language is English but the notification messages are in Arabic which you can’t select and copy to translate them.
  • Buggy and frustrating

    Re-registration is required with every upgrade. Buggy upgrades and live care booking is no longer clear
