Broken live update
So everything is working fine except for the live update of where the driver is and estimated time of arrival in the map part, it is always delayed or not moving at all.
Service needs to improve...
The app is fine. However, we booked a driver for 3.30pm. He rings me at 3.13pm saying he will be late. Then says 4pm, maybe 4.15pm. I asked him if he was sure, then he said, 4.30pm. I said ok. At 3.45pm, I get a call from Lala move customer service saying that the driver cancelled citing ‘lack of packing materials’ for the item they want to move. Granted, they rebooked a new driver but this is not good enough.

Really poor customer service
Have to agree with the previous comment. Had an issue with a driver and customer service was really unhelpful and just stopped responding. Got my money I suppose.
TERRIBLE SERVICE - NEVER USE THEM!!!
I used Lalamove to move a sofa. It was obviously a move requiring two quite able-bodied people. The movers I got were two young people in flip flops. They ruined the sofa during the shift and I also had to help as they did not have the manpower to move the sofa up stairs.

Driver came on time and was very helpful. Would like to commend Erickson Manzano for being nice and respectful. A must keep lalamove driver!Will definitely use the app again. Keep it up. 👍🏻😊
The worst customer service that protects bad drivers
Everything is ok with LaLaMove until you will come across a bad and dishonest delivery driver. And if you will be among the unlucky once, not only you won’t hear an apology from their customer support but your devise will be blacklisted on their system so you won’t get a chance to rate the driver! It’s an absolute joke! And bare in mind, they will even try to make you pay for drivers mistakes! So customers comes last in this company.

Needed to move some furniture from a friend's house. Called Lalamove, and the person I was matched with was really friendly and helpful! Would use again!!
