Great app on phone
Interface update is horrible
Everything about this new interface is pure garbage, takes to long to load anything and everything that the old interface had was moved or renamed or had been changed in some way that makes this new interface to cumbersome to use. Not to mention that since this update it will randomly force logout my phone forcing me to input my password even if it hasnโt passed the time to require a password prompt.
I donโt understand what the team behind the online web app and mobile app were thinking when developing this change, it doesnโt seem like they thought about the users before starting development.

Horrible customer service
I canโt believe that anyone would give them more than one star. I called today to say that my mobile app was no longer accessible. The female told me to delete the app, reinstall it. I did that even shut down my phone opened it up again, and Iโm still experiencing the same. I have tried calling at least 10 times no one picks up. I think my resort is just pulling out everything out of the two accounts and just banking somewhere else I am so disappointed.

Love this banking app. Easy to use. Secure and very reliable
Update is missing basic info
My first time in the app after the most recent update was missing alot of basic information that used to be easy to find. I can't easily find where my full account number is like I used to. When trying to make a payment to my HELOC, I can easily transfer funds, but the payment amount is not displayed. It's frustrating.

IPad new app
The new app runs vertical and very annoying to hold iPad and case while trying to type. Also, when opening, the app is running vertical, but the keyboard is running horizontal. I have checked my settings and it doesnโt seem to be me.

Not a fan of the new and improved app

I use an iPad for my banking. I cannot get the new app to display horizontally. Can you give that option, please? Otherwise, I love Manasquan Bank!!!

Love the new app
The updated app is amazing! Love the look and feel and find it very easy to navigate. Great upgrade!
New update ruined the app
Prior to the most recent update, the app was easy to use and responsive. Now, the app is slow and hard to navigate. Overall the UI is a massive step down from the prior version. Disappointed to say the least
