The app is very slow and not correct
Having a problem with it, I made a deposit on the second and now I’m back at my office to make sure the money goes in the account to pay the mortgage. It rejected it on the second and now it rejected again tonight it said the amount is not adequate to deposit. Makes no sense then when I put it in again, it finally went through. Just crossing my fingers. I have made several deposit at other banks using an app and never had any problem.

I love manasquan bank and the app makes everything so much more efficient, with in app check depositing, and quick transactions everything is so much easier.
problems with maintaining account, balance accurately
Manasquan Bank is going to have a lot of problems in the future because your business in commercial and personal clients are going to leave because of poor service and no interest on your money. The Metuchen branch is especially terrible and the Pratt in the bench manager Kathy could care less about her customers.

DO NOT bank here. They give zero fraud protection.
I went to a restaurant signed a receipt including a tip totaling $18.00. I checked my bank statement and after the charge cleared it totaled $33.00. I went to the merchant showed them my copy of the receipt and he showed me his copy which I signed totaling $18.00. He refused to refund me the difference. Told me to go to my bank. When I went to a branch they told me “If it’s fraud it’s different but when you give them your debit card you authorize them to bill you ‘whatever’. That’s between you and the merchant.” Obviously if a merchant overbills you more than what you signed for then it is fraud. So I called their corporate 800 number and they also said there is nothing you can do, even though it was a signature purchase through MasterCard Debit and did not use my PIN. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (since the manager was snobby and told me to do it) and reporting them to MasterCard as well. Do not do business with this bank they WILL NOT protect you if you’re falsely billed, despite their $0 liability policy. They should be lucky I don’t sue them for false advertising. Go to another bank they may rope you in with high yield rates on checking and savings but they will not help you in blatant disregard of their policy. Over $15. Absolutely disgusting. Will be dumping them as soon as I open a new bank account. There’s better banks out there with great perks. Manasquan bank is horrible and disgusting.

Mobile deposit photos fail.
The majority of my mobile deposits fail, even though the check is well within the 4 corners and it says the photo is a success. Also other banks make funds available next day.

An amazing bank. I borrowed from them to build our home, converted it to a mortgage and have always been impressed with their personal service and have admired their growth over the years. Their app is awesome as well
New Update is BAD
Marketing people don’t know what they’re doing and the software needs to be addressed more rather than worry about the graphics on the app . I love the bank but this update makes the app look like poop
