Worst app ever🤬(REAL REVIEW)🚨
It is not FLIPKART,it's FLOPKART. I ordered my book on 29 September and they promised me to give it by 12 October. But today,its 19 of October and still they are asking to extend it to 21 October. Like seriously??? One month delivery date??? Like are you kidding me??? Why would a playform like this exists. Never gonna buy anything again from this platform. Their stars are all bought. Can’t even login
According to this stupid app, my phone number doesn’t exist and when I try using my email just asks for my phone number again. Waste of time.potato buddy
Worst app
They purposely did something to the app so that I can’t return the product.
I bought one shampoo and it was applicable for return but when I clicked on the return button it says something went wrong but my network was working absolutely fine and their customer care service is also worst.jdhsushsjsjs
Not able to login
The website is lagging every time. I login with a new ID and it is asking for a new password that i didn’t even set ever. And if i click forgot password option it is unable to do so and the OTP option is not working either . I have done this thing with multiple devices and the same result is there i even logged in with another ID bit still the same thing occurs. And I am trying it for the last two days. Issue with back option on my iPhone 14
I I’m facing a trouble when i got into product details I cannot press the back option on my iPhone 14 the rest is all fine. Please fix this issue, really irritating when we have actually have to close the app just to open again, because we can’t press the back option on the top left corner of the screen when we look for product details. Break the stigma
Hello Flipkart,
I enjoy shopping in Flipkart, however, I have an honest suggestion. Similar to many other businesses in India, I personally think Flipkart is very racist by choosing their models to be white women and men which is racist and discriminatory to the majority of Indian population. It’s cardinal that a platform like Flipkart remove such stereotypical marketing and be inclusive, there by celebrating the diversity, breaking the stigma. We live in 21st century, therefore, it high time to accept the scientific fact that white skin does not mean beauty, it’s a mere deficiency of melanin, and brown skin and black skin deserves their appreciation that are entitled to. And yes Beauty ultimately lies in the eyes of the beholder.

Pathetic app and service
Worst shopping app ever. There is no guarantee that your product will be delivered to you. I have ordered something and when we were out of town they claimed as the product has been delivered. The delivery boy called me once but I couldn’t answer on that day . When we return I couldn’t find the product but in app it was shown that the product was delivered two weeks ago. I raised a complaint and got multiple calls saying that there will be a solution within 5days. But you know what they have marked as my issue is resolved before the promised time when they provided no justice. Didn’t give me a refund or the product delivery. Customer service is pathetic. Worst Customer Care Service
Firstly if the seller sends a wrong product in a no return policy, after numerous calls & return request raised by their customer care agent the seller simply rejects the request & to add insult to injury Flipkart will block your account for the number of return request raised & you have to follow up with them to get your account unblocked, better take your business to other platforms where service is better.
