Everyone who’s steak comes out raw after following these instructions, you’re either measuring wrong or your steaks are not a room temp all the way through. If your meat has been in the fridge, it may be cold in the middle 👍Show lessKim.bot
Times are a little too long
I found the times to be a little too long. It was a well put together app and great concept, but cook times for a cast iron pan or IR grill would not yield the results you are looking for except well done. Also, as a general rule of thumb you flip your steaks as little as possible and this looks it’s calling for 3 timesShow lessOneBey
Undercooked too
Just like another reviewer has said, steak came off the BBQ well undercooked. Entered all the details exactly, and it well under what it should have been. Did a second batch and doubled all the times. Still undercooked. I’m going back to the old fashioned method of gut feel. Seemed to work until now anyway.Show lessbcarpenter
