Don’t refund after charging me for using free trial

I used a seven day free trial and canceled my subscription right afterwards but they still charged me 55 dollars and won’t refund me my money back. It’s a scam don’t download the app

Very Good, Could Be Better

This app offers a wide selection of verified answers and is very user friendly. I had no trouble finding specific problems that were in my school work, and the explanations were very detailed and helpful. Although, even after signing up, you only get (I believe around) 10 answers before you have to either initiate a free trial or start paying. I understand why this is, of course, as the app has to make money, somehow. Although, I believe a more profitable option may be to make the user watch an ad in between each answer. I don’t know about everyone else, but I would certainly be willing to watch an ad for each answer and explanation. I believe this would motivate more users to create accounts, and you could profit off of ad-cents rather than subscriptions. Because of having to start a trial, I will not be using this app anymore, despite its helpful features. I cannot say I would be doing the same if it included ads instead of forcing a subscription.

The app Brainly is fantastic for children who are struggling to understand maths problems or any problems to do with School
and I find this really helpful to complete work quickly and thoroughly whilst learning along the way !! so I would 100%. Recommend this app to anybody.

Scam

I downloaded this app for my chemistry course to help me understand the material better. It’s basically useless without a subscription and once you subscribe, unsubscribing is very difficult. I was charged without notice about a week and a half after my initial subscription which I was not only unprepared for but also was promised I would be warned of. The subscription claims that an email will be sent 7 days before renewal but this was not the case for me. I recommend using Socratic by google or Quora for questions of this nature so that you don’t have to use this god awful site/app.

Horrible privacy policies - Impossible to delete the account

They’ve made it very hard to delete an account if you’ve signed up using your Google account. Horrible privacy practices.
