Why does a lifetime free app require any form of payment.
I added a virtual card and it wouldn’t accept it.

To clarify: while the app is free to download and offers a lifetime unlock during promotions like the one from AppAdvice, some features may still require activation through Apple’s system—which may ask for a payment method even if you’re not being charged. No actual charge is made unless you choose to upgrade outside the promotion. We're actively working to make this process smoother and less confusing.
