Scammed
- I ordered several items from panda mart on foodpanda, they made two hour delay in delivery, delivered the wrong product to me (sent a product im allergic to)
- I proceed to make a complaint through support requests and help centre. They claimed to resolve the issue in 24-48hrs. Took them over four days to respond.
- They sent an email stating they had refunded me for the wrong item. I open the app. Says session expired. I try to log in again with the same email I always use. Says account newly created. All order history was wiped out. No refund was added to my account. Foodpanda suspiciously deleted my account right after sending me the refund email.
- I ask for help again through help centre. They say they can’t help and then end my chat.
- I ask for help again through their Facebook. They ghosted me.
- Foodpanda refuses to investigate further and refuses to return my money back.
I’m so done. If anyone can help with legal actions please help. I can’t believe how awful this company is. I was a loyal user of this app for several years. I’m so heartbroken now, they scammed and took my money. Didn’t even do a re delivery. And deleted my account without warning.

Good App Poor Customer Seevice
They don’t have a proper escalation process and aren’t helpful when it comes to refunds with proof. I provided pictures of spilt food and no response beyond a generic copy/paste message. They claimed to have investigated the issue but never contacted me.
Use the app but be prepared to suffer when a restaurant messes up. Uber eats is superior in this regard.

Shocking Customer Service and Unlawful Practices
Attempts to resolve this have been met with nothing but excuses and stonewalling from their so-called “support” team. Their practices are not only unprofessional but border on fraudulent. I’ve had to escalate the matter to the Anti-Online Scam Operation Centre, the Thai Tourist Police, and Apple Watchdog to ensure other consumers are protected from this deceptive company.
I strongly advise anyone considering using HungryPanda to steer clear. Their disregard for consumer rights is disgraceful, and their failure to uphold basic business ethics is nothing short of shocking. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being cheated and ignored.
