Not bad, some UX/UI improvements could be made
The monitor is fairly good and easy to set up/use (ours is stand-alone, we don't subscribe). However, I think the app user interface has room for improvement; simple things like improved full screen options for landscape iPad and using a black background to avoid illuminating the parent's bedroom all night as the iPad sits on the night stand monitoring baby. More flexible mounting options for the camera would be a bonus too, e.g. compatibility with standard camera/tripod/gorilla grip equipment... I hope feedback from 'real life use' of the equipment and app is taken into consideration by the developers and such improvement made - that would be good customer service! ;)

Great app and cam
I've tried a few different baby cams looking for a solution to keeping an eye on my pet lizard while out.
This has temp/humidity sensor which if pretty accurate, good night vision , talk function . Very easy to set up 2mins and easy to add additional monitors (not the lizards!)basically all the features I could wish for and more but like others have said the notifications/alarms which worked perfectly last year became unreliable then ceased totally but I still love the app and hardware despite this failing. For the price range it's hard to beat.

Excellence!!
Finally after 3 years of trying various HD wifi monitors, we have found one that is heads and shoulders above the rest! EXCELLENT sound quality, EXCELLENT picture, EASY to set up and multiple cameras can be connected to the App. Simply put.......EXCELLENCE 👍🏻
Possible ios10 problem
Notifications no longer come through after updating iPhone 6 to ios10... always worked fine before the update! Same on the wife's phone, updated no longer get notifications. We use this as a baby monitor, thankfully only for video, use a traditional monitor as well. It was really handy getting the notifications!! Checked settings on phone and app all ok! Please check out this problem had release a fix 👍

Rubbish - don't purchase!
My baby is upstairs and the camera is constantly disconnecting. We are needing to buy a second video monitor for peace of mind. Total waste of money for us - spend yours on a worthwhile camera!
Not comparable with IOS 9
Everything works great but since updating to IOS 9.3.3 I don't get any notifications!?!?
Not good
I'm on holiday and am frantic because in all likelihood Bt are upgrading the copper architecture but I think someone has broken in and disconnected my device. The fact I can't see any events because it won't show them if your device is disconnected is crap. What do I pay my subscription for?!!
