New to this release, we've added an area at the bottom of the login screen to assist members in unlocking their accounts immediately without requiring them to contact us. This option is labeled "Trouble Logging In?" and requires your full account number. If you do not have all of the information available to unlock your account successfully, please contact us so we can help you.
New app is awful
Transfers still take longer than in the previous app.
New app is slow to load & log in & sometimes doesn’t take you to the Home Screen & then hitting the back button logs you out instead of going Home.
Check images have been taking a day or so to show up after the transaction posts, vs the old app was right away.
The previous app was way better than this new version & was one of the reasons I’ve been with MW for such a long time. This update really has me rethinking that decision.
The new app is much more difficult to use than the previous version. It is also VERY slow to load. I did a transfer yesterday from one account to another. Typically this would take less than a day to complete. It’s been over 24hrs now & it’s still not complete. Somehow your debit card is still not Apple Pay compatible 👎🏼

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the recent transfer delay. We were aware of this issue and are happy to report, it has been corrected. The next transfer you make should be completed in a timely manner. The process to improve the contactless payment experience is also underway for our members. We appreciate your patience in this matter and value your membership with the credit union.

We apologize for the frustration in getting this set up. The overview screen lists your own personal information. To set up a transfer to another member, they would need to provide you with the Share ID they would like the funds sent to which they can find on their own overview screen. If you need assistance in getting this set up, please give us a call so we can walk you through the process.
Notifications on update not effective

Thank you for your comments. We can help with this. The alert notifications did not transfer over to the new app but can be set up in the Settings Menu. There are many listed there but it sounds like you have a more specific alert you would to receive. While the employee told you it is not available in the app, we can manually set up more detailed alerts from our system on your account. If you stop into the branch, an employee can help you with that. We may also be able to do this over the phone but we're experience higher call volumes with the recent conversion. If you'd like to have us call you directly, you can send us a direct message in Facebook with your phone number. We do have Advanced Alerts that will be coming in the future to our app as well. When those are released we will make an announcement. Also, you shouldn't be receiving an error for member to member transfers. Possibly that was something odd going on at the time. Try again and if this continues to be a problem, we can also help with that.

This app is 10lb. of #### in a 5lb. bag.
We deserve better.
