  • Doesn’t Connect AT ALL

    Like many others, this doesn’t connect to my iPhone (XS Max). They haven’t updated the App in +1 year (!) so no wonder...
    What’s the value of a 500$ intercom If you can’t operate it with/via your phone? Think twice before pulling the trigger...I wish I’d have put my $ towards a C4 with the embedded BT module

    Nice enough app to go along with the head set, it would just be nice if the time showed with it and mane the temperature.
  • No app update

    Just bought two packtalk units based on the app connectivity. Well, guess what? They haven’t updated the app in a long long long time and the customer service is nonexistent. Oh, and the user manual is complete crap. Buy Sena.
  • iPhone X not supported

    I can’t connect to my iPhone X. But I can connect with the iPhone 7.
  • Broken

    Was working fine before iOS 11....now cannot connect to two separate Packtalk units. Have done all the steps to try to reconnect without success.
  • Just doesn’t work

    I have tried and eventually I’m installed this app 3 times in the last two year. Running ios11 and the latest firmware V2.1. The app no longer recognizes when the headset is connected via Bluetooth. When it did it connect would not play music through the headset. I could control the music from the Q3 but it would be playing out of the phone speakers. What a waste of time. So much better without the app.

    My unit was working perfectly until ios11 update, now unit is working only for itunes, app is not recognizing unit (I have two and both are with problem).

    Any idea when it will be released? Thank you!

    DMC IS AMAZING!!

    This app works great, IF your device is compatible and updated via the Cardo Community website control panel.
    I have the flagship Packtalk and it can take some work to update, but once you do it should connect to your phone. If not, delete your Bluetooth and start again.
    When updating the headset, be sure to use the included cable; I used another micro hdmi cable from a charger I had and my PC wouldn't recognize my device, just for fun I tried the included hdmi cable and BAM, I'm in!
    Bluetooth music sharing for passenger stops during intercom activation and resumes once intercom ends; music fades to background for main unit, (Cardo please fix this if possible).
    Best setup is to stream individual music and use in DMC mode between rider and passenger.
