    Not only has the G9x changed my life, but this app is a great new addition!

  • Awesome app!!

    Works great for the g9x! Be sure to update you firmware!! It didn't work for my g9's did a little research and found out that the g9's needed different hardware. But knowing Scala Rider they will take care of us! They always do!
  • Very disappointing - no G9 support

    OK. I just upgraded my G9s to the 2.0 firmware and downloaded the ver 3 manual for the G9. It says the app is available. I tried the app and it still does not support the G9. Better fix the ver 3 manual!!!! Better to set the expectation correctly up front and put in the manual G9s are NOT supported by the iPhone App. Lets be honest and up front about it.
  • Disappointment to loyal customers

    I have the G9 system as well. After purchasing the top of the line (I thought) system, there were some bugs. One of the lesser versions of the headsets offered had music sharing. I was told by customer support that the G9 would never have it. The latest software upgrade included music sharing. One of the most off putting things by this manufacturer is they think we’re going to be loyal and just buy a newer version to get the latest upgrades. I think the next time I’m ready to upgrade I’m going to a different manufacturer. I was excited to see the availability of this app, uploaded it as soon as I saw it, then found out it wasn’t comparable with my outdated version of headset.
  • OK but needs to work for G9 not just G9x

    I bought 6, yes six G9 head sets to use for off road and street. The sad thing is I was waiting for the app to work like it does for the G9x and I am told it will never work for the G9 in the same way so time to get something else. I asked if there was a trade in for us unlucky Cardo supporters and told NO. Time to change brands.

    Why leaving behind the G9 users? Do you really feel that we will throw away our G9 devices and rush to the next closet shop to buy a G9x. Well, the answer is NO!

    We will more likely wait until the G9 fails in any way to go and buy a SENA or any other brand from a company that embraces their loyalty customers instead of leaving us at the doors of a feature that should have been there from the very beginning in a motorcycle world where we use a headset for long journeys where we obviously do not bring with us a computer in the top cases or panniers.

    Very dissapointed.
  • G9 FORGOTTEN!!! REALLY?????

    Typical of Cardo Systems not to allow G9 users to use program! I have been using your products since the beginning of Scala products and it's always a "You need to upgrade philosophy within your company". As a consumer shelling out over $500 for G9's and now expecting me to spend another $600 for G9x's you guys are doing more damage than you realize to keeping your customers loyal. How about doing the right thing for once and making your product upgrade something all can use with your entire product line? A happy loyal customer is something that you at Cardo need to start thinking about as your competition is looking more attractive when it comes time to buy next communication devices.
  • Change settings on the go

    This App is soooo much easier then having to connect your Headset up to the computer. Saves a lot of time and you can do it from anywhere.
  • G9x app

    Product is amazing! Have been a customer from day one and I just updated my g9 and got the g9x and the app is great now I'm able to do it all on the go. Would recomend this product and app to anyone
  • Update your Firmware!

    Works great! But you need the most current firmware to connect. My G9x would not connect at all until I updated it. Other than that it is a simple outstanding app.
