Hello inDrive I’ve been contacting you guys and every time I do you tell me you will get back to me your app and service is not professional I’ve lost my wallet and nothing is been done it had been 5 days now I keep trying and nothing your not a reliable drive I am profoundly discouraged about how your team handles situation, do not worry I will make sure I never use this app again and trust y’all have a bad reputation.

I used it for the first time. Had an excellent experience. Very reasonable prices with courteous staff.
Best Online Cab/TaxiService
During my holidays in Nepal I have used this service. Kinda like Uber/Lift. Very easy to call thru app, I like Comfort one which normally EV taxi will come to pick. Hoping in future money charge from bank account than Cash. During stay Nepal even i have used City to City it was cheaper than other service. Love it. Love from USA/Australia.

Far below any of the other apps
I tried this for the first time in Morroco. I use these apps because of the security they offer. The app does not offer the possibiiity of card payment despite the fact that every ride sharing app I’ve ever used does. The second driver accepted the ride but when he finished he claimed to have no change from 50 and was happy to charge me 40 for a 34 DH ride. In the end, he eventually gave charge but marked it up one. He did not finalize the ride at the end; he presumably did this so I couldn’t leave a review. I tried to contact customer service but it constantly says “connecting to agent”. I would refrain from using this in the future - it doesn’t feel secure.

Doesn’t work

Bugs and overheats phone
Previous versions of the app worked well. But in the past two months it has become horrible: (1) the location of the driver doesn’t update real time, (2) many times it is not possible to contact the driver because the app doesn’t respond or crashes, (3) the app overheats the phone and drains my battery. As I said, it USED to work well but i think since the latest iOS release it’s become full of bugs.
