    This app has helped me establish a meditation habit. I was not successful with mediation in the past. Power of Calm has made meditation accessible for me. I’m grateful.

    Give it a try. It’s easy to use the app. Don’t overthink it. Just open the app and do anything.

    I use this program all the time. I enjoy the beginning program the most. Breathing exercises that are short and more often fits into my day the best.

    The approach to support your journey to an improved relaxation skill set is simple and very well integrated. The settings and programming can be customized initially and also to support your progress. The music and voice guided instructions are extremely relaxing.   • Breathing Ap

    I had been told to breathe slowly and center myself by several doctors but not until this convenient, well timed and well done AP have I been able to do it. The guidance the first three days is very good and the reminders are great. It also doesn't take much time. The results have been amazing-clearer thinking, better posture, and I just feel better able to handle the day. Thank you very much for this tool.

  • Love this app !!!

    This has helped me get to much deeper levels of meditative consciousness thanks to this intuitive and voice-free application.

    Peaceful music relaxes and then a timed breathing sound - not much different that wind moving through a grove of trees - clears the mind. You can focus on your breathing.

    No one suddenly talking and breaking your calm and your meditative state with their ideas and "helpful" hints that actually just mess me up.

    If you don't like being talked to while doing meditation, yet still want some guided help, definitely try this.

    I didn't think this would help and it does! I think a little calm in every day is worth it! Try it... You'll like it.
  • A good beginning

    App promotes and schedules stress free relaxation exercises for a 14 day period, and tracks your progress. Unfortunately only works on one device at a time, you can not continue,roam,or migrate your progress from one device to the next (for example starting it on your phone but continuing the evening exercises on your iPad) also upon beginning week 2, the evening exercises increase significantly in. Length, and there is no way to pause them, if something interrupts you- it's right back to the beginning. The soundtrack and exercises are relaxing and enjoyable to listen too but the structure and limitations of the program are capable of being stress triggers themselves.

  • Simple yet effective

    I love this app especially the pressure valve feature. The pressure valve breathing exercise is great for users of all ages. When my teens are stressed I have them listen. It doesn't require any effort, you instinctively begin breathing more deeply and calmly. I would love the ability to customize the pressure valve for varying lengths of time and breathing rates.

    Very easy to use app that helps you control one of the easiest things we overlook in life - stress. This app can make a difference in your day each and every day. I enjoy using it, especially when I travel because it's not fun running around airports. It can be used as a daily program or simply whenever you need. Love that aspect!
