Superb program!
Address Stress could not have landed in my hands at a better time. In fact only the week before, I had started meditating on my own. Being a holistic health and wellness coach, I could not wait to get stuck into the Apps accompanying module. The material is succinct, informative, scientifically supported and beautifully laid out. The app is extremely user- friendly and was super easy to incorporate daily. I think that it's critical everyone understands how damaging stress is to mind, body and soul. I have been using the address stress app for the past 3 months. I wake up every morning and do the relaxation excercise to start my day; I do the pressure valve 1to 2 times during the day; then another relaxation exercise in the evening. I did set up the 14 day program but was not able to keep up with the exercises at the same time every day so I cancelled the program and tracked my progress on my own. My schedule did not allow the 14 day schedule no matter how I tried. I love Address Stress and have recommended the app to many friends and family. It has really helped me to reduce my daily stress. The written modules are also helpful with dealing specific types of stress. Excellent program! Wish everyone could try it. It's worth fitting it into your daily schedule. No transparency
They don't disclose anywhere in the app or online how much the upgrade is. You have to tap yes in order to find out. Otherwise it's just a breathing app. Which you can do yourself by tracking your pulse or counting between inhales and exhales. The lack of transparency leads me to be wary of this company and this app. If they don't disclose the amount for the programs, they can arbitrarily change the price at will. It can be $2.99 today and $29.99 tomorrow. It's dishonest.
They get an extra star for making a pretty and intuitive app. But that's it.Show lesslindstar
