Great Service/ User Friendly App
My family and I have used the Downtowner service on many occasions. We have enjoyed our experience every time. Their reliability, friendly staff, local knowledge, and clean rides are tough to beat. I highly recommend the Downtowner.
Horrible service
Was informed of this service by a hotel staff person who said it was a really great, free ride service. Registered, requested a ride (it said the wait time was 32 minutes) after an hour, we decided to get a car and drive ourselves. No way to verify status of a request after it is placed.. I do not recommend this service unless you are not on a schedule and simply don't care when (or if) you actually get a ride.

Best way of transportation in Newport
These guys work day and night giving free rides around Newport Beach! (Accepting TIPS) These guys have become our friends since they started driving us everywhere! We will order three rides in one day sometimes. Grocery store, work, redbox, bar hopping! The cart fits 5 people and is safe with doors that latch shut and seat belts. MUST HAVE!

Cheap, fun and easy to use!
We have only used it for a night so far (to and from a night out) and both drivers were great! The app is very easy to use and the service was better then a cab or uber!
Excellent service in Boca Raton
If you live in East Boca, this service is awesome. Go downtown to places like Mizner Park and avoid all the hassles of parking or valet. Door to door service. You can be home quicker than if you drive and park. Excellent!!!
