Fast and easy
I installed the app while waiting in the checkout line at the grocery store. Requested a ride when we got out and we were picked up in 2 minutes.

The Only Way To Fly
We used it for the first time December 23, 2017, and concluded, there is no other way to navigate Tampa’s downtown. Wonderful, friendly, drivers. If you used a service that you paid for you could not be treated any better. I cannot think of any negatives to attribute to the service.

Amazing Service
I've ridden with the Downtowner plenty of times and I can confidently say that these guys do an excellent job. Drivers are very nice and give it their all to create an awesome experience for the riders. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this to all.
Awesome service! Wish they were in more cities
Have used the guys in a few cities, (Delray, Boca Raton & Aspen) have always had excellent experiences. The drivers have always been super friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and are always more than happy to take the time to help you figure out an awesome place to eat or have a drink. App works like a dream. Every once in a while there can be a long wait for a ride, but let's be serious, it's free! So if you're in some crazy rush or have a tight schedule to keep might want to pony up a few bucks to pay for an Uber, but even then you may wait a while. All in all keep up the good work Downtowner, each town you work in is a better place for it!
