way better then lyft and uber.. its FREE! they drive around in Tesla’s which is awesome! Had two great experiences would use them again!
This app is very bad
The driver here mostly very chill but the service is not. The wait time is very very long. Sometimes on my phone, it jumps from 30 mins to 62 mins like ridiculously. Some drivers here have that idea that because this is the free service so they don’t have to waste their time waiting for the people. At that point, I would rather use Uber, which is cost money than yo deserve such kind of service from them.

I hope the word gets out about the free rides around downtown on the DOWNTOWNER. The driver I had was was great, informative, helpful and very nice. I felt as though I had called for a limousine. I was the only one on this transfer. Downside waiting for a ride takes 45 minuets.
I hope that changes. Overall I’m on vacation not on the clock and will ride the DOWNTOWNER again. It sure beats the expense an Uber or Lyft would cost me.

Delray Beach
We used this service in Delray Beach and it was the best way to get around. Since Delray has very limited parking and no valet service at restaurants along Atlantic, we found this the best way to go to and from restaurants. Excellent idea!
