Always great seats, reliable and awesome customer service

I have been buying resale tix through TickPick app for a couple of years now and it has found me awesome tickets to sold out shows and even last minute tickets in my hometown and also during my travels. Every ticket has been honoured at point of entry. And I did approach customer service via email a few times for ticket accuracy and received a response and resolution in less than 24 hours. I also love the no fee policy so that alone has saved me hundreds compared to other sites. Highly recommended!

Amazing prices

Haven’t bought yet but looking for literally any concert tickets it’s so easy to buy and not that expensive I would say the only downside is that you can’t buy tickets in cad but usd is completely fine too just a bit more with conversions

Good prices

Usually good prices just wish there was a way to seen Canadian prices. I live in Canada and it only shows me prices in American so it’s annoying to do the conversion so I usually end up buying from different site because of this.

Bad customer service

Tried to book tickets for a Montreal Canadians hockey game and transaction went thru with my bank but the fraud department locked my account for no reason. Called them 3 times to be told that they won’t tell me why i’m locked out of their services and also told me to buy tickets on other platforms or email the support team. Ridiculous ..

TicPic is top notch ticket site

I love the immediate seat view. Minimal clicks to review location and pricing. The only downfall is currency not stated
