Best routing app for outside sales
I’m on the road a lot and planning my customer meetings took me hours every week before I started using Badger. Badger Maps has helped me more than I have ever expected with easy route planning and organizing all my customer info in one place. The customer service is amazing and everyone has been super helpful getting my customer data setup the way I want it.

Decent Outside Sales Tool
Effective means to keep tabs on your territory, especially with the visualization tool so you can see where you’ve stopped by recently and, conversely, areas you need to circle back to. Also, the optimize tool is helpful in streamlining/limiting additional time spent on trips to find the best routes. Lack of synchronization with CRM, bugs related to simply typing text into the fields and not being able to delete/edit are really odd (phone number field, specifically). Otherwise this app has great potential if they continue to upgrade/optimize certain features. 4 stars for now!

Very nice and useful app! I only give 4 stars because it’s not optimized for iphone X. When the uptade comes i’ll give 5 stars!!
Amazing app
Downloaded this app to map out a route for my daily stops in my area. It’s able to find every road and give the most efficient routes to make deliveries a breeze. Excellent customer service and they are willing to help out any way possible. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
Zero support
The app has potential We are doing a trial for 3 medium size sales teams in CA, AZ and NV. It was able to identify several new leads and map a route (there was some backtracking on 2 occasions, which could be user error but we would never know because there’s no support!! Also it doesn’t do quite what they advertise, many of the features are “coming” specifically integration with CRM, but worse than that there is no response to calls or email from anyone at the company. They sent 3 auto generated replies and thats all the support they offer, I left 3 messages, sent several email and got one call / email back from a rep who never called back again after leaving him multiple messages and email. Great routing app!
I switched to this app from Google Maps because it can rearrange stops for better efficiency. I use it when I visit leads and it saves me a lot of time. I highly recommend Badger for route optimization!!
I also like that it integrated with my calendar. I still use Google for my schedule, so that’s convenient.

Badger hits the mark
This app does half of the thinking for me and keeps me organized when I’m worried about a hundred other things I have to do. Since using Badger my sales have gone up because I have time to see more clients everyday, and reduce the time spent on planning routes and prospecting. Definitely a great app if you’re looking to work more efficiently in the field, I recommend for anyone in outside sales.

Fantastic!
This is the best app I have. Makes me 10x more productive. Schedules my day so I am making more appointments and doing less driving. Visualises my customers on Google maps so I can see where my customers are. If you are in External sales you NEED this app!
Was decent. Now Horrible.
I use this with my personal and work phone and a day doesnt go by where I'm not frustrated with the app. It constantly freezes on me and force closes 1/2 the time I create a new location. The idea is great, but I really wish I could just use this app seamlessly.
Edit: 5-8 minutes just to input simple data and a paragraph describing the meet. Shouldn’t take that long when it took me 1-2 minutes before. Most of the time I’m watching and waiting for the app to load or unfreeze. Can’t wait until my company has their own app.
