  • You can do better avast

    Well i bought a license for my PC and it worked great so i went for another subscription for my iPhone and it sucked , tried reinstalling profile and the software and still bad , BTW i am connected to the same wifi and now i am sharing my vpn internet from my PC to my phone

Here are steps how to do it: 1) Wait for the issue to appear 2) Open the SecureLine app 3) Tap the icon of "cog wheel" in the upper right corner to enter settings 4) In settings tap on "Help" 5) Right at the bottom tap on the blue "Contact Support" 6) Select the "Contact technical support" at the top 7) Enter your e-mail, describe the problem, make sure that at the bottom you attach the log file for analysis and "Submit" the ticket When we receive this additional information we can react properly.   • Switching off connecting on demand all the time, annoying

    Is this an IPad flaw or this app, to disconnect I have to always go into settings and turn off the connect on demand button, otherwise I just keep getting reconnected.
    Also I use VPN to change my country status online but since I switched to avast I can’t get to stream from lots of other apps as they seem to know I’m not really on that country.
    I understand streaming apps haven’t gotten way smarter in recognising this but shouldn’t vpn hide us better. I never seemed to have this happen so much with my last vpn provider.

  • Won’t stay connected, Getting a new vpn

    I’m done, tired of constantly disconnecting. Only thing they can for sure connect to is my bank account each month for their money. I want what I pay for too. I have already removed all their anti virus and pc cleanups etc from my computers this month. As soon as I close this review, I’m looking for a new vpn immediately. Gave them 4 months to get it together. I will always overlook this company from now on.

  • Great - Until I Paid For It!

    Now it’s a proper pain. It doesn’t pay any attention to my request to only come on by demand, keeps coming back on, on my iPhone and iPad that is. On my Mac Proit’s equally as painful, constantly dropping connection and reestablishing with the requisite pop ups on/off every single time. It’s doing all sorts of funky stuff on the Mac, nothing dangerous but damned annoying. I’m not letting it anywhere near my Mac Mini. I shall persevere for now as I’ve paid for it but a resub in 12 months doesn’t look likely.

    Hello, thank you for your feedback. Concerning issues on iPhone and iPad, could you please check your connection rules settings? In case you have these settings ON, the app reconnects with each change of network. You can turn this off via Settings -> Connection rules. Let us know in case this does not help. Thank you!
  • Avast customer for many years.

    I’ve never been hacked, never had a virus. That says enough, as my internet usage has taken me to some questionable areas. And YES avast works on PCs and NO it doesn’t slow down your system like the other big name ones
  • Inferior product

    Does not work worth a (&;&: for iPhone. Constantly asking me to reinstall vpn profile then says it is connected when it is actually NOT connected (verified multiple times). If it isn’t doing this, the internet connection is just completely blocked with no internet connection when it says connected. I asked for a refund but they could not find my account even though I received emails from there when I signed up. Now I am just ignored by them after paying for a year subscription. Beware!

We can investigate this issue further if you can contact our support directly from the Secureline app (Settings -> Help -> Contact Support) and attach log file to your message by enabling the option "Attach log file for analysis". This will allow our support to find out more about this issue. We can also investigate what happened with your refund request if you can also send us the ticket ID of you original refund request.   • It Just Works

    I don't know why the other reviews are so negative considering I have been using Avast SecureLine for over two years now on my computer and my iOS devices and I have to say it is the best for ease of use and simplicity, you press a single button and you're connected. No issues with disconnecting or slow connection, everything's been great even on my older iOS 9.3.5 devices. Top marks!

  • Too buggy for use

    I had this on my phone for about 3 weeks, it would constantly be “connecting” and when I would choose to disable the VPN it would automatically reactivate after a few seconds. This problem has made my only solution to be to uninstall the app. I would say about 10 times a day the VPN would be endlessly reconnecting rendering my internet usage impossible. I don’t recommend this app until this is fixed.
