Offset scream
Couldn’t find any support options within the app so I’m asking here. Ever since your update, a few days ago, my screen is offset when I turn to landscape view to flip through my zones. The bottom of the screen has a section showing from the bottom of the portrait view. I have accidentally changed to an away mode a few times before realizing what happened.
Beyond that, it’s a good app for what it is, a thermostat control; it doesn’t need bells & whistles but I did which I could control fan speed too.

Useless application
I installed the App however I am unable to register because I never receive the email with my token. There is not even a link to email for support. I basically paid Johnson controls for a WiFi adapter to my unit that is completely unusable. I should have bought another mini split system.
The point?
The app is kinda pointless. You can adjust the temperature. No schedule or any other functions

Basic controls are ok but couple of simple things beyond this would make it better:
- ability to restart system remotely, great when away, during maintenance or starting up a/c in spring
- if only one location exists when app starts, select it by default, hassle every time I start app I have to select the same and only location / system
- provide same functionality whether in portrait or landscape mode, took me some time to figure out more capabilities are available when you rotate screen
Be great to have same functions as in thermostat display, but adding above few would change my experience from just ok to good.

Disappointed
I used to have a programmable Honeywell thermostat that I liked but replaced it with an IntelliComfort thermostat. The thermostat is decent and has better control of the humidity settings; however, the iPhone app is woefully inadequate compared to the Honeywell app. The IntelliComfort app does not let me change the schedule. At first, I thought maybe it was hidden but nope, it's just a useless app. I can manually override the temp setting and force a hold or set it away, but I cannot do much more. Not sure why the app is so limited. If any of the IntelliComfort developers are reading this, step it up a bit and make the app more useful. At least give us the option of changing the schedule from the app - that would be a useful feature.

Good enough but could be great
Simple to use. Not many options though... Would be great to be able to do with ios everything that the thermostat does but only temperature control and some schedules available.
Great if used as designed
Coming from an old style to this style of thermostat and app is a light year leap. Don't expect the app to do everything. Instead, use it as designed and it will work fine. Such as, needing to adjust the temp of your home while away. It does that great. Also, don't leave it connected all the time as we've learned that switching from a wifi to LTE and back to wifi as you travel can sometimes drop a connection and require logging in again. But, the app shouldn't be our primary way of controlling the HVAC unit. The app and thermostat work great if used as designed.

Works fine for me
Wasn't the easiest to set up but once it was up and running it has worked great. No issues.
Downloaded latest version - now crapped out
After the update to latest version 2.2.7, app crashes upon loading every single time!!!!!

Tried calling York/Johnson controls to report a major bug. Guess what? You can't, seriously....no joke, try for yourself.
Having to hold phone in landscape mode to perform simple functions is not optimal.
No individual fan control.
No schedule control of ANY SORT. My god, why not?
Hire some real developers and get it done. Embarrassing for American Company. Shameful.
