Garbage!
Loved this app for ten years, then update took away functionality
But I cannot figure out how to set up the new app. I follow the “easy steps”. Until the first question - What is my device ID? My programmable thermostat does not give me one - on any thermostat, no matter what screens I look at.
Where do I turn for help?
Should I update the thermostat software? If so, how?
Should I not expect a notice from York that has THE SPECIFICS of my York thermostat - who told me that I WILL BE NOTIFIED of updates?
Should I not expect a quickie “problems/resolutions” page on their website?
I would love to hear from York.

Please let us know if this is resolved. If not, we will be happy to walk you through the necessary steps to get everything working smoothly.
