Can’t Even Log In
I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it multiple times. I’ve checked and rechecked my library card number (it’s correct each time). It keep telling me there was a runtime error and won’t let me see the login screen to try again unless I delete and reinstall it. Help!
Better on iPhone than iPad
On iPhone app works as expected. On iPad, there is an excess of white space at the top of the window, and the bottom of the page is cut off. Enlarging the the page enlarges the entire window, so the white space and cutoff of bottom remain.
Not sure why this is, unless the iPhone app was simply brought over to iPad without considering aspect ratios.

Needs work , so slow
This app really needs work every time I try to download magazine it takes forever. And I also don’t understand why they give you such a short amount of time to be able to read the magazines. There also is not a large selection of magazines.
Lack of zoom options make it almost unusable
The application lets you zoom into the magazine or go into text mode. If you zoom in magazine mode you can go as big as you want but for me to read the text comfortably I need to zoom to larger than one line is wide. So I’d have to scroll sideways to read. Too much work. Text mode should be better since it shouldn’t use the magazine page breaks it should fit text correctly. Except there is no zooming in text mode and the size used is too small. I can read it, but not enjoy it at that size. Wonder why they didn’t allow zoom in text mode. Deleting the app.

Crashing
App keeps crashing.
Trapped
Full screen mode is sometimes impossible to get out of and requires to close out the app completely to move to next magazine.
Magazines?
Don’t know what’s happened with this app. A lot of digital magazine choices have disappeared. The selection offering is down to a scant few.
Cannot really open anything
Found the magazine list with a little effort but cannot open a single title in this app. I’m falling back to reading on my browser.
Notifications
Could you make the app display an iOS notification when a magazine is few days from expiring?
