We're sorry to hear that you encountered this issue with the Find My Library menu. However, I'm happy to report that the latest version of the app available for download includes an improvement to the service that powers Find My Library. We hope you'll check it out again now that this has been addressed! Additionally, if you find that your library card number isn't being accepted, we might recommend reaching out to your librarians, as they configure that barcode sign in along with EBSCO Technical Support. There's a chance that they may need to update the accepted card numbers with EBSCO. EBSCO Technical Support is available 24/7 to help make any necessary authentication changes for the library. Either way, thank you for checking out the app!
