The app refuses to accept my US credit card as a payment method with a “Refusal by credit card company” error. I’ve checked with my credit card issuer and the refusal is not coming from their end.
Sadly this is discriminatory and inequitable, as the bus system in Tel Aviv does not accept cash and one of the primary methods for paying electronically is an unmaintained, nonfunctional app.Show lessfryanpan

Useless
Utterly useless when it won’t even accept credit card info. Something has to be wrong with the app if both my credit cards that have been accepted by other public travel apps in multiple countries declined this app.beezcorner

If you’re a tourist this app is useless.
To travel on busses in Israel you now need a ‘Rav-Card’ or to pay via this app.
As a tourist I do not have a rav card and on my first few bus trips some drivers didn’t charge me and others took 5.90 shekels.
Three times I have had an inspector come on the bus to ask for my rav card, I did not have and explained that I am a tourist.
I was advised by one driver to download this app as an alternative to the rav card and pay for my journeys.
I’ve downloaded the app and have tried a variety of cards (MasterCard, Visa and AMEX) all of which have failed to register as a payment method.Show lessl00n3

Terrible app, full of bugs which make it unusable. Wouldn’t accept my card for payments but didn’t tell me the problem was the the card was not Israeli?simoboscolo
