It’s good but needs added trainer alerts
I’ve Been using this app for a while and it’s pretty good except for the fact that if a client messages me or finishes a workout in the app It doesn’t send me a notification on my phone so I don’t see their question or workout notification unless I open the app. This is a huge issue. Pleeeeease add notifications to the app that will alert me even when the app is closed and my phone screen is locked. Otherwise I sometimes miss a clients message and it looks very unprofessional. You can’t use your own YouTube videos
It’s okay... it said you can add your own YouTube videos for exercise demos but they only provide you with very limited results. I tried to even copy and paste the link to my YouTube video for a client but it wouldn’t even let me do that. My video is even listed as public with tags and everything. I’ve decided to just continue using my website/Facebook messenger for my clients. I’m so glad that I’ve discovered this during the free trial. Otherwise I would have lost money on an app that doesn’t provide what I’m looking for for me and my clients. I was hoping this app would have made things easier for me and my clientele. Turns out what I’ve been doing is a LOT easier than this app.Show lessRica Shae

Best Client Tracking App
I love the simplistic set up and design of this app. Let’s you do what you want in regards to adding and taking away things for the client and just makes it real simple for the client and the trainer and that’s what’s most important!!! NEW FEATURES ARE ALWAYS WELCOME! BUT LEAVE THIS APP THE WAY IT IS! THE SET UP IS AWESOME! DONT OVER COMPLICATE THINGS! That can scare both client and trainer away from the software!
