This has really helped me understand what I’m doing in the gym and having the coach sending the workouts helps me plan what to eat that day and what not too. It’s been extremely helpful! I’ve been using this app for some time with a client of mine and have found it extremely helpful keeping him on track. He’s continued to meet his fitness goals on all levels. Now, I’m using it to manage my KMAthletic program at my club (group fit).

Seems to be a pretty good app. It does what its supposed to do in the big scheme of things. The only real complaints I have is with the sound. I wish the timer was louder and that you didn’t have to have the ringer on for it to work. If the room is loud, you can forget it, you won’t be able to hear it. If you have music on, you won’t be able to hear it either. It’s like the developer included it to say it’s there but it wasn’t that important or it is a limitation of the OS. The developer can’t do it any other way.
Either way it works for its intended purpose. My coach is able to assign me work and he and I can track it.Show lessRadfo
