An app that does a lot with emails

It is particularly helpful for users who have multiple mailboxes

Even beats outlook desktop for filing

This app is a game changer for those who make use of lots of folders in Outlook. It has features that Iโ€™ve not found in any other app. I find myself using the app even when I have the desktop handy, because it actually learns where to file your emails, and I donโ€™t have to give up anything I regularly use in outlook desktop. You can create reminders and events from email, tags work, and tons of options. Love it.

Best organizer of messages

The feature I love best is it suggests which file to put a read message without having to search all my client files. Makes filing of messages easy and time saver

Amazing app!

It makes organizing emails so much easier, and it is very smart to suggest the right folders for you each time. This app truly gives you the complete control of every element so that you handle your emails exactly the way you want!

A real email app that does EVERYTHING and more Outlook on a PC does

Support for categories and quick actions is just brilliant. Who cares that it looks a bit clunky - the functionality is fantastic

Pro iOS E-Mail App with Top Notch Support

A few years ago, I came to realize that my system for archiving emails, a collection of nested folders that had grown to over 150, was unmanageable. It was taking me 20 to 30 seconds to file each email.

After reviewing alternative strategies, I landed on tagging and archiving. This works great for exchange email accounts on the desktop (using categories). However, almost all iOS apps I tried included folders as a feature (but not categories/tags) until I found Preside.

Preside handles the simple tagging function well, but takes it to the next level. You can create simple automation with one click that both adds a specific named tag on an email and archives it. I can process dozens and dozens of emails I want in no time flat.

Iโ€™ve enjoyed the app so much, I decided a year ago to purchase a premium subscription. I renewed for a second year. You get most of the productivity features without the premium subscription, but this is an app Iโ€™m wiling to pay for the subscription just to support the developers. Iโ€™ve had a couple of support queries and they responded quickly and were helpful in solving my issues.

Thanks for making a great app.

Too much!

The UI is way too busy for me! If you need everything available, and I mean everything, this is the app for you, but there's just too much going on for me (and I'm pretty demanding of an email client). I'll be back, i'm sure, after this is toned down a bit.

A TON of Configuration Options, 1 Item on My Wish List

First off, the app offers some of the most powerful customization that Iโ€™ve seen. You can really dial it in to do what you want and how you want.

As an email power user (for business, not because I want to be). For me, I have found a feature over the years that is hard to live without and I canโ€™t wait for Preside to consider it:

- Delayed Outgoing Messages
My previous email app allowed me to customize a 5,10,15 second delay just in case I change my mind about an email I just sent...I can cancel it and it pulls back into my drafts folder to edit. Preside doesnโ€™t offer this yet.

Fantastic App

This is the app I have been looking for! As a heavy work email user I have struggled with mobile email clients and wasted so much time with outlook on my laptop! This app has given me back control again, the speed of filling and managing large numbers of email is fantastic. Highly recommended and the best app for managing multiple folders and filling since my blackberry!

Finally a decent email app!

Love the features and ability to collapse folders.

Looks could be better but this is the first app that has all that I could ask for!
