  • No support !

    I’ve paid for the ticket but due to the a technical bug the ticket wasn’t booked. This company has no phone support service . The only option to reach them is e-mail and online chat but they hardly respond to messages. I asked many time for returning back money but got no response.

    These scammers be very careful I bought a ticket two years ago and still expect a refund for a ticket canceled airline are scammers

  • Buggy app

    Tried to make a airline ticket reservation just now and the app wouldn’t let the calendar to show the whole month of September, only first two days. When on the search result page one can go to as far as September 8, 2023, but after that it suggest to choose dates and the calendar hides all but first two days again. Has to get addressed asap, I’m sure you’re losing some business because of this glitch.
    Update: customer support responded to my inquiry but I couldn’t sign in into the chat, the app was “waiting for network”… have no idea what it means. So far - can’t even see what they wrote back

  • Bad service and response for customers

    So, I requested cancellation, but after 3 days it hasn't been responded to. They told me that all requests are strictly processed in queue before departure. My departure is going to be on 30 of August and today is going to be 28. Can't recommend this service to someone, buy flight tickets on airline websites.

  • This service is a scam.

    I’ve purchased the ticket using OneTwoTrip and haven’t received any confirmation. The customer support was useless as well. They answered me almost 15 days after the date of the purchase saying that “you can find all your bookings under ‘Reservations’ on our website”. No one was even trying to help me solve this issue. Absolutely disappointed.

    People be careful.⛔️⛔️⛔️ Paid tickets 4 months ago. After 3 hours, they wrote to them for a refund. And I've been waiting for 4 months and there is no return. What kind of company is such that cannot return $ 1000 in 4 months. This is very similar to cheating. I do not advise you to use this company to buy tickets.

  • К сожалению разочарована

    Всегда раньше пользовалась этим приложением , но год назад мне пришлось отменить поездку и оформить возврат. Полгода они не могли сообразить как этот возврат сделать, в итоге (через полгода!) прислали письмо что возврат придет через 5 дней. Деньги на счет не поступили. На мой вопрос почему, ответили что так и не придумали способ как вернуть мне деньги на счет , но когда придумают типа сразу же переведут. Прошло больше года с тех пор. Естественно со мной ни разу не связались и не произвели возврат. Я понимаю что за этот год многим пришлось пересмотреть процесс платежных систем , но для такого бизнеса считаю провалом даже не попытаться решить нашу проблему альтернативным способом (например выдать на сумму возврата поинты или купон на скидку). Они предпочли просто наврать. Очень расстраиваюсь когда так ведут дела. Надеюсь у их конкурентов я с этими проблемами не столкнусь.

    Здравствуйте! Нам жаль, что процесс возврата затянулся :( Однако, из-за санкций трансграничные платежи действительно более не проходят, оформить возврат привычным способом стало невозможно. Мы, как агент, обязаны осуществлять все процедуры по регламенту авиакомпании. Прежний регламент в условиях санкций не применим, а значит нам необходимо получить от перевозчика новые инструкции. Ситуация нестандартная, авиакомпании требуется время, чтобы найти способ возврата средств, который будет работать, несмотря на ограничения. Это действительно может занимать не один месяц. Однако мы согласны что прошло уже очень много времени, хотим проверить, что сейчас с вашей заявкой! Подскажите, пожалуйста, номер вашего заказа? Попросим коллег из поддержки все детально уточнить!

  • Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money

    No response from customer service! Lost cheap ticket fare because of them! DO NOT USE them unless you are ready to loose money. Tried to change my ticket 4 days now and zero answers from the customer service. Called their desk, wrote to their chat and their answer was “your request to change ticket is in queue and will be processed when time comes”. Meanwhile I lost the cheap fare. They don’t understand the fact that longer they process the request, more money customer looses as fares get more expensive day by day. And I am so called VIP premium customer. Stoped using them and switched to another agency. Wishing you the same!
