I bought tickets and decided to change the dates and you can’t even get a hold of them, they don’t answer the phone, their excuse is that many people call, I tried calling 3 days in a row and only operator answers and when I text them through the app, it’s a bot that answers, I even emailed them and they said they will get back to me in 24 hours and never did. However, the number of requests we are facing right now is extremely huge, we have not experienced this even during the pandemic. Therefore, to ensure that every traveler receives help in time. all requests for exchange and refund are processed by flight departure date. You asked to change your ticket for May 2023. Your request will also be processed according to the priority date, i.e. closer to the requested date. We hope for your understanding and ask you to wait for a notification. Оформила возврат на авиабилеты еще 4 месяца назад. Возврат до сих пор не оформлен, перестали отвечать на письма и в сервисном чате, пропали. Деньги до сих пор не вернули.
Дополнение от 30.01: после написания отзыва о мошенничестве сразу связались, рассчитали и оформили возврат, объяснив такую задержку загрузкой работников. Деньги вернули, что конечно радует.
Ужасно конечно, что не только не возвращают деньги должным образом, но еще и нагло врут, ссылаясь на многомесячную задержку, а как оставила отзыв, так сразу же нашли время. Мошенники! Не возвращают деньги 6 месяцев!
Не бронируйте билеты через этот сервис! Зайдите в ВК и почитайте там обсуждения в группе! Люди объединяются в коллективные иски! По 5-6 месяцев приходится ждать, чтобы вернули деньги за билеты. Отвратительный сервисsi_berezova

I decided to return my tickets, they never and never answer to phone calls, emails. After 2/3 days, I connected with them about return - they didn’t return my money yet.

Incorrect description of hotels. I booked a room in the application, in fact it turned out to be half the size and it was impossible to stay in it because of the smell. Support did not answer calls, in the chat the answer came in a day. I was forced to pay extra for another room and they said it was my decision.
