Slow in opening
Why is it so slow on my phone and at times I need to delete the whole app and download it again before login in and it will still do same each time I try to open it againpapyxela
Forget about it for your mobile device
Started using it back in 2018 or 2019. Regularly fails to connect to my iOS device. Customer support usually replies within a day or two saying the developer is aware of the situation. This most recent failure has been going on for several months now. FAILURE TO LOG IN! Fix it already!NewYear59

Terrible performance
I’ve been using this company for years. I even have a paid account. However the app provided is not done properly. It’s slow, and freezes constantly. It’s one of the worse I’ve used.Tracey718

Trying to open app and getting nothing but white screen on iPhone X plus also not getting chat request pop ups notifications 80% of the time all random inconsistency no updates or fixes for many months!!!:((( I would not recommend this app to any one!Tony GQ
