Very amazing business
I am loving how all my agents can connect through their phone and receive a notification when someone is trying to chat! I love that their is a computer software also . I am also AMAZED that this is free!! I am blown away . Keep it up. Also dont know if this is included already but would love to see when a visitor or agent is typing. It works
Not much really to say about the app. It works and does the job but nothing special or "wow." It REALLY needs to be updated for iPhone 6/6+ screen size as everything is huge being in the old resolutions. A total visual redesign is really needed but just update the resolution for current iPhones.stulaw11
No notifications anymore!!

Only worked for 1 day
So the first day was great. It worked, did everything I wanted an expected, and push notifications worked! Bravo. Now, it crashes on startup and is unusable. I'd uninstall and reinstall, but I shouldn't have to do that just to get a working app. Instead, I figured I'd waste my time writing a review. Pleeeeease fix this.Show lessblbo25
