Not reliable
You only get one type of alert tone (very soft & can’t hear) then the app rarely clicks thru and notifies you. The desktop version is perfect, I wish they made the iPhone app version as good.Bobby Dreisel

It used to work great. Now I’m getting a white screen, I get notifications, but I can’t access the chat console from my iPhone running iOS 11.3.1. It still works on my Mac running macOS High Sierra 10.13.4. I hope they fix the bug.

Not reliable
Stick with the desktop app. The iOS app is not reliable for someone trying to help their customers. I have the same white screen others have mentioned. I noticed the last update was a year ago so I’m not optimistic it will be fixed.bill24mcc
