App won’t open on my iPad
Have tried deleting and reinstalling as I was told. Still won’t open, just a circle going round and round. Works on my phone but not on the iPad. Help please!

Doesn’t open half the time. Like the other review said, tap and u get a blank screen. On top of that this bank doesn’t allow ApplePay.

Upon logging in you are met by a black screen, unable to do anything.
App Tour - features missing
The app tour indicates you can add an account to show the balance for without logging in - not sure how.
I am not able to locate the settings for the app.
I was encouraged to move from Quay Banking app - but until I can work this one out I will keep using Quay app.

Appalling app, and since the merger of G&C and Quay this bank has gone downhill please listen to your customers and fix basic problems. Easier changing banks than using this app.
App is glitching out
Glitching out on login. Not accepting fingerprint ID or offering alternative (password).
Embarassingly unprofessional app
who wrote this ugly and non-functional app? i just tried to transfer money - the keyboard comes up to enter number, but covers up the display of that number on the screen. So, because you can’t see what you are entering, you may enter incorrect amount. However, you have no way of deleting it, because when the keyboard comes up to backspace/delete, it covers up the actual field, so you can’t place the cursor in the right place! Quay Credit Union app was so much better....
