This app constantly signs me out and asks for my non-work ‘Cisco Unity’ log in details. It’s such a pain. Go to Microsoft teams instead.
No longer runs on 6s
No longer opens (stuck on initial splash screen forever) after recent updates. Now cut off when mobile from my business circle.
Getting sick of failed calls
Most of the time when I try to answer a call using the app, the line will just fail to connect, causing me to miss calls. I’ve complained about it before, quite a while ago and I would have hoped by now that they would have improved the app. It’s so frustrating when you have no idea if accepting a call will actually work. I’m strongly considering switching to a new service because I’m sick of the volume of failed connections when I have solid WiFi and cellular signal.

Problem
Is there an issue with the app as it won’t even load and keeps crashing every time I click on it. Otherwise this app is amazing and keeps separate from work and personal
Simple and convenient
I prefer using this mobile app over the desktop app. The simple user interface makes it easy to use. There are a lot of tools and integrations that I personally don’t have the authority to use within my organization, but they look like wonderful tools for upper management or training teams to use. My favorite mobile app feature is the ability to input a specific time for my status and availability features. The desktop app does not currently allow that – it only offers times in increments. So if I am a few minutes late for my break, I can hop on my mobile app to put the actual time that I will return.

Update not working
I just updated my app and now can’t sign in it’s frozen at the sign in won’t let me enter email address! I thought this was the fix :S
App Support??
I’m using an Apple IPhone 13 Pro Max with IOS 18.0.1 and the app doesn’t appear to be compatible. I click sign in but cannot type an email address in the email address field. I (foolishly) attempted to gain assistance through app support but as soon as I sign in (SSO) I can no longer input text in the relevant field. Tried twice. I had no issues using any version of IOS 17 with the app.

Can’t login with new update
No keyboard appears and app freezes when I try to type in my email at login

New update won’t let me login. I click to enter email and no keyboard pops up.

With the newest update, when trying to login, the screen becomes unresponsive and a keyboard to enter your email address never pops up.
