  • Amazing app!!

    I depend on ordering from it all the time!!! It beats the hassle of trying to go physically and buy basic stuff!!!
  • Terrible experience

    We purchased all our kitchen appliances at Time Square store to be delivered to our new house. We were unpleasantly surprised on the delivery day that only the washing machine was sent which unfortunately was defective and had to go back. Contacting the salesperson, I found that they failed to coordinate, but he assured me that the rest would be delivered altogether in 2 days. After following up on the second day, we were told they were too busy to deliver that day, and we had to wait another day for the cooker to arrive. The worst part was that after the first failure the salesperson not only did not update me, but also stopped answering my calls/texts and left us in the dark.
    Also, he had said that we would receive a vacuum cleaner along with the cooker as a compensation for the lack of coordination; what a joke! There was no such a thing at all!

    Very poor app, especially in EGYPT; all products have wrong description information. Like Ariston washer & dryer machine has a product discrption of Samsung UHD TV. Sorry to say that; but it’s really miss leeding app

  • Worst customer service ever!

    Went there on December 1st to buy a Tv. Had a flow of 10 sales guys trying to upsell everything. Ended up buying few appliances. Today is 23rd of December only 1 item been delivered to us. Took us over 8 attempts and complaints to get our Washing machine delivered. Once it got delivered it was the wrong size - providing we did advice them on the capacity of place.3 different ppl contacted me for replacement and promised delivery on next day, again 3 follow up from my side they told me its not possible as the purchase needed to be done differently!!!. Horrible communication between the team. Last year was same trouble with them. Bought a cooker that had a manufactured default , Sharaf DG refused to assist with the issue I had to file a complaint at DED to get my brand new cooker fixed. Dont buy anything from them you will loose your peace and patience to have a piece of appliance at home.

  • Hate the app and the service

    Shipping takes 7 days within the same city, the customer service ignore messages, and whether you buy for 50 or 500 they’ll ask for your physical ID card no social distancing at all.
