Not working for me anymore
Ever since the the technical difficulties they had in March my app just hasn’t worked correctly. I used to have no problem with it, but now I can’t buy tickets anymore and today, it didn’t even show me anything, no movies, no theater info nothing! And there doesn’t seem to be an update I can do. I’ve had to buy tickets old school. What’s up? Is it my phone? I don’t know.

Great app! Just a few tweaks
Great app to be able to purchase tickets and check your points! Does what it needs to do and does it well. No complaints there. There are some things that I think that can make it amazing though
- APPLE WALLET: Add ability to add tickets to Apple Wallet like what Fandango and other apps do. Would be a great way to check ticket stubs without having to open the app
- POINTS PROGRESSION: Would love to have a filter system to show based on how many points you have, it shows you what you are able to get from concessions for free and another option to look at items you could earn.
- SUBSCRIPTION(?): This might be far fetched and nothing to do with the app itself but with chains like Regal & AMC, would be great to have Santikos’ own subscription service for those that love to go to the movies at least twice a month. Something like $10 a month to where you break even if you see 2 movies a month.
Just a few thoughts but overall, great app!

Can’t refund online when buying from mobile
When I clicked on the Palladium Friday times for Dune 2, it took me to the Palladium and directly to the Thursday times first. So of course I did not verify that it was Friday again that I was booking for, and booked a Thursday time by accident. I was very disappointed to find out you cannot submit a refund online when purchasing on the Santikos mobile app. They make you call the guest care center number, which doesn’t open until 11am. I highly recommend Santikos changing this, as we are in a mobile app world, this is very inconvenient.

Terrible
I love Santikos theatres and go at least 2ce a month. Have always used Fandango. Switched to Santikos app for the membership points, and quickly noticed how outdated the app experience is. Was REALLY disappointed when I tried exchanging movie tickets for a different time and there were no available options. Had to call and they could only do a refund which was ridiculous because they don’t refund their convenience fee. Even though all I wanted was an exchange for a different time literally the same day. Will never use this app again. Fandango for the win!!!

Quick Get your tickets
I was able to quickly order tickets as I’m on my way to the theater and only a few seats were available
Needs a lot of work
Half the time when checking out the app freezes and I have to get out and try again. Then my seats aren’t available when I go back in and have to wait until the previous time expires. Also, when looking at movie times and what seats are available you go to a certain time and check on the seats. If it’s all full or you don’t have the seats you are wanting and you go back to look at the other times available it will take you back to the very top of all the movies that are playing. You then need to scroll back down to find the movie you want and start all over again. Very frustrating if you’re wanting to look at multiple times the movie is playing for the day.

Great App
Great app easy and convenient to use. However there seems to be some kind of glitch where saved forms of payment do not work. So I need to enter payment information each time. Other than that the app works well.
Card Services
I have to put my card every single to purchase tickets even when the information has been saved.
Payment bugs
App used to be perfect! I was able to pay with Apple Pay and my card was saved if I wanted to use my debit. Now the app doesn’t have Apple Pay and every time I use my saved card it declines and I have to save my card again for it to process.
And since I’m here lol, It’d be cool to use my points to buy tickets thru the app lol
