Constantly down
Have used/tried using at PF & Chuze. When it’s up it works fine. When it’s down it takes forever to fix. PF & Chuze both say it’s not their problem. Works about 50% of time. Find an alternative if you can.
Audio bugs
App seems buggy when I connect to a tv at planet fitness that uses this app to connect to the tvs seems to sound like it makes a weird puffy sound every 2 seconds audio sounds good except the puffy sound every 2 seconds
iPhone issues!!! No connection to venue!!

I cannot get connection to venue. It simply times out every instance.
The trainers there said they have quite a few people with iPhone having same issue. No connection to venue. While others connect instantly.
Since there is no comprehensive setup given and no appaudio in general>settings what are those to do?

Not a reliable app
This is definitely a product with a critical flaw- it won’t connect. Just runs the “venue scan” countdown to failure. I am thankful that my podcast apps work flawlessly so I have something to listen to while I am at the gym. I don’t know how much 24 Hour Fitness pays for this useless app - but they and their customers are being ripped off.

Buggy App - Not Working Anymore
I have used this app for years at 24 hour fitness. It has always been buggy, but now it does not work at all.
The morons at the gym are clueless.
It is amazing, absolutely nobody cares about their jobs anymore, the company they work for, their customers, nothing.
We live in the laziest, stupidest time in history and this app is just one more example of that.
The developers do NOT care about whether it works or not.

Love this App
It’s great to be able to walk around the gym near the TVs when I’m not on the cardio machines
App ignores portal page
It would be really helpful to have the venue scan /know/ that the wifi provider is blocking access until an access token is provided on their portal page (venue also occasionally has its own infrastructure glitches that require venue scans too often).
Surely the api could detect a portal page and give a helpful message or option to log into a portal with an inset browser

Wi-Fi Connection Issues
Cannot get the app to connect to 24hr Fitness WI-FI at all! On several different occasions or trips to the gym, it’s annoying. Have done every troubleshooting trick in the book, but to no avail. On point in implementing new technologies for the masses that are unreliable! And it’s not even some sort of advanced tech, it’s basic, which is embarrassing!

App never works. Horrible!!!
