Annoying
I started using this at the gym. A consistent problem is having to reload it daily because the volume control doesn’t work. There’s absolutely no sound. I’ll stick to using other apps for listening.
Works 50% of the time
This might be the one app that doesn't interrupt you with a request for a review. They must know it doesn't work. This might be the only app where I searched to leave a negative review

Garbage app. Most days it won’t connect at all despite reinstalling the app. Whatever planet fitness is paying for this service, they are overpaying. Basically a total waste of time and resources. Either fix it, or dump it for a better service please.
Rarely works
In the last couple of years, I can connect less than a handful of times at 24. Useless.

Works great except when the internet goes down! It needs internet to connect to your phone. Love the mobility
Legitimately awful
This app is absolute trash. Not only does it not properly scan networks but when I actually connects (which is rare) it kicks you off intermittently. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Great app!!
This app works great and is easy to use. I’ve tried out a few gyms that use this app and I’ve always been able to connect wherever I am in the gym. I like to toggle between my music and what’s playing on the monitors and this app lets me effortlessly switch back and forth.
