Bad charging system
I ordered 1-month VIP service, but did not get the benefits for 2 weeks thereafter. Also, the intro information of users should be further scrutinized, not sure of the authenticity of the users, or the App, or a combo of them.
They hide users for VIP on purpose!
Subscribed VIP for a while. During the subscription, found there is not too many active users until the day my VIP subscription ends, suddenly, lots of 'new' active users appear. My guess is they hide some active users for VIP on purpose and when VIP subscription ends, when you find more 'new' active users, you have to re-subscribe the VIP service

Men are not serious on this app
Many of the guys on this app are not serious in looking for long term relationship that potentially can lead to marriage. If you guys are not screening your users carefully, eventually women will be leaving this app. And you can’t report them for only looking for hookups.
Lack of Diversity
A lot of racism on this app. Usually Chinese women looking for white men. If you are any other race, good luck.
Banned my account for no reason
My account was banned for reporting a fake woman account.. not fair.. I can see how reporting these fake accounts are not good for business since this app needs fake accounts on the server to make men believe they are real.

This site rip off my subscription! I paid for 3 months with iTunes and they took my $ without updating my profile to VIP! Secondly they are asking to use facial verification before I could send a message after I try to use my diamond coin. You should include on your terms that facial verification is needed to have access to send messages.

Preferences should be at the top
Preferences should be the first thing shown on our profiles. Or they should at least not be at the very bottom/last thing on the profile. It’s a waste of time reading someone’s profile and thinking we’d be a good match, only to get to the age/height preferences at the bottom to see that I don’t fit the criteria. I just scroll all the way down to see what a guy’s preferences are now before reading their profile, but some people’s profiles are super long so it’s just a slight annoyance to have to do this.

Very restrictive photo flagging algorithm
The app is a good app, the only problem is it has very restrictive photo flagging algorithm, every time I change a photo it flags some or all of my photos and I need to text a staff to go an unflag then, which is very annoying... I have emailed them about this and shared detailed comments with staffs, waiting to see if they take these into account. If they don’t, I’ll delete the app soon

Rubbish App, don’t buy VIP.
Account disappeared for no reason.
Haven’t even talked to anybody yet so couldn’t possibly be anyone reporting.
All the details are genuine, no mucking around.
Yet one day they decided it’s a good idea to delete my account! I cannot log back in it keeps asking for my ‘real’ name. I put in my real name and apparently that’s not my ‘real’ name???????
Contacted support and nobody replies or cares about you.
You barely find anybody here apart from 40 50 year old Chinese women.
Don’t buy the VIP, luckily I didn’t so there wasn’t financial penalty in losing my account.
The positive reviewed are all bought by the developer. The app is full of bugs and crashes occasionally. I know app developers who bought positive reviews it’s quite easy.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP! It’s pure scam.
