Everyone can message you technically
People that you did not match can still message you if they pay, but I think a system where only matches are allowed to message each other makes more sense.

Bad experience
It was bad experience I had. Some old men just kept contacting me which was so disgusting. I just feel the poll is not very good . Some people just made it like a booty call app. Once I missed a call from the customer service and they totally ignored me no matter how hard I tried to reach them again. I need some information that time. Once you payed the vip, no matter how not satisfied about the service, you can’t ask for a return. I don’t like this app.

Don’t waste time and money.
This site is pretty much like most dating sites but this one I feel is a scam. Same 10-15 females on here, say hi to you to make you pay and no more conversation after you sign up. Save your money, go to Chinatown or a coffee shop and ask a pretty gal out in person.
Not as good as before
The recent update to this app. has brought more bug because it doesn’t show the exact charming score number anymore. Only numbers of stars are displayed as opposed to the actual score number as before. So there is no way to see my charming score number when I want to see how propular I am .
Inbox doesn’t load
Just downloaded the app today and my inbox messages won’t load. Why so glitchy?
Terms of service is not clear
I purchased the VIP service in May 2019 because they had a promotion of 2 extra months service for free if you purchased 6-month service. So I anticipate the service expired in Jan 2020. However, I was directly billed in Nov 2019, and I contacted the customer service. They claimed that the bonus will be postponed to the next term if it is automatically subscribed. 1st, I was never awarded my account is under automatic subscription. 2nd, the sales terms of the service is very unclear, no statement showed the bonus will be postponed. 3rd, I cancelled the subscription on the same day I was billed and they declined to return the credit. Very bad experience. Please be careful and reconsider their VIP service before you buy.

Profile pictures problem
Try to upload profile pictures so many times, all my pictures got blurred, can’t pass the validation. Don’t know why, the original pics are good, just got blurred after upload.
one of most low efficiency and expensive app
First of all. You will have to become a member to chat with people, or you have to wait 17days to chat with one. Same time they will have to pay to chat with you too. You want the profit it is understandable. At least give a member one day free chat with one person everyday when they log in. With limited message count. When you pay to become a VIP. The other recipient needs to pay or becomes a VIP to view or reply. Total waste of time. Try to use something else. I used another one paid $20. And found a lot of real people who can chat with. This app is just too greedy
