App does not work

I have tried on different occasions to use this app it never works. I end up having to call in and wait forever for it to be resolved. I always receive an error message. Please update this app to work. Great idea. Terrible outcome.

Worst app ever

It worked the first time, and I tried to use it again and it never updated when I got my assistance. And now it won’t let me do anything. It’s seriously the worst app I’ve ever downloaded.

Good idea but needs policy documents

All in all a great utility. However they need to enhance to include policy documents.

App does not work

This is a serious problem. After ten minutes on hold on the phone just to report a flat, I set up the App to see if it would be faster and it does not work. They should fix this

App is terrible

Encompass charges a huge premium for their policies. Evidently they do t spend any of that in either Customer Service OR the App. Do not expect the Roadside service to work or that anyone cares that it works. Alongside the road with a flat. Screwed with the app and Cust Serv for longer than it took me to change my own tire in a suit and tie. Thank you encompass. I’ll be canceling ASAP. Faster than your Roadside response!!

Please know that we are constantly working on ways to make our service as efficient as possible and have already started incorporating your feedback into our efforts.

Locked the keys up in car

Called was put on hold for a long time and the answering service was saying download the app it’s faster. I did, and then all it would say is technical difficulties and had me to call. Called and was put on hold for 20 minutes after hanging up. Finally called local towing service to get to me quicker than I could even get through with these ppl on the phone. Won’t be using this again. Should’ve called local to start with.

Doesn’t work

As another reviewer stated, the app won’t go past the login page. Call the number and they have no idea what we’re talking about. The website login works fine. App is junk

Registration Not Working

I can’t get past the opening registration page. Enter name, policy number, phone number and zip code. Click NEXT to get a pop up box stating there is a problem with an option to call a number for support. The people at that number no nothing about supporting this app.
