App Not functioning

Hi App team , currently facing issues with the app. I can only view the app main page . Whenever I want to select the option of Female, Men and kids . It’s stuck at that page and I am not able to process to next page. I am using IPhone 14 Pro Max and iOS 18 version and still the same . Even your app is update to its latest update.

Worst Shipping Experience Ever

I made a return request for 5 items that costs +30KD .. it is now 45 days since my return request and no shipping agent contacted me since then to collect the items .. i called them internationally that costs me extra money several times and sent a thousand email and all i get fake promises and provoking excuses with no solution until now. It is very clear they have issues with the shipping company and they refuses to issue the refund and giving back my money. DO NOT deal with Namshi, they do not care about the customer’s rights.

Stolen money. They don’t refund

They send you the wrong goods and when you return it they don’t refund you. Stay away from this store. No doubt most goods are fake as well not original brands. Many stores around in Dubai they sell fakes.

No refund where is my money?

They take my money and didn’t refund me since 2 month ,i keep calling no response…. And on sochial media i found many many saying they also have been decieved by namshi,

Update is slow!!!

The Namshi app used to be enjoyable and smooth, but the update was evidently released too soon.

The app takes forever to respond to taps, the search glitches multiple times, and response time varies insanely. Next time, before rolling out a major update, perhaps make sure all bugs are fixed and app performance is acceptable at least, and not slow and unresponsive.

Hala Maverick, we apologize about that, you can enter the phone settings, then the settings of the applications, choose "Applications" You will find the Namshi application from among the applications on the phone, choose it and then choose "Force stop" then "Uninstall". After that download the application again from the store.

WORST UPDATE ❗️

TH ONLY APP I USE TO LOVE !!!! and you people ruined it all with the recent update ? i mean what was the even use of joining it with Noon ? super confusing and all the scrolling buttons from top to button ? who does that ? I use to say this is the easiest app to everyone and forced to use it because i loved it so much and using it for past 4 years! but this update ruined it pleaseee change it !!! I never comment give reviews for anything but from past 3 days I am seriously struggling to understand this update.

The app functions

The app has a lot of problems every time I scroll down it scrolls me back up. So it ruins my search. Lately since the new acquisition of the business the delivery options have been terrible. First there was no minimum order but in the past couple of years it has escalated to 30 KWD meaning 100USD. That’s a bit excessive for online retail considering that it targets the GCC and isn’t based in Europe or the USA. Maybe its a business strategy but your losing customer acquisition. If I was ordering every two weeks now I can only order every couple of months. Also there are really popular items from certain lines like cosrx that aren't available. And the worst aspect is the descriptions of the products are inaccurate. I ordered a massager and received an accessory. The customer service is also a disaster waiting to collapse on itself. You guys need to get it together asap.

I placed an order and I received it within 3 days. One of the items didn’t fit me and I call support to refund, they did everything for me in order to get the refund and I got my money back in 2 days. The quality of the clothes is very good. Very good service and very good customer service.
