When can we see an update that will ease my payment process?

Unfortunately there are extra costs charged by service providers we use to process payment methods like credit cards and ACH, but we’re happy to try to help you find a better payment method to minimize any extra fees if you contact your Account Executive. - IPFS

Hi jabbran - We were having some glitches with iPhone X for a while, but we've resolved the issue. Try deleting and reinstalling the latest version of the app. Thanks! IPFS
