New version got rid of number count

I like the new version, however, I now can not see the total number of tickets. I like to know when logging into the app, how many new tickets there are. Please bring that back. Or if it’s somewhere else, please tell me how to find it.

Needs massive work

Notifications open to ticket that was last open. Links to tickets no longer take you to the app. Scrolling in longer ticket messages cause you to need to try to scroll from different portions of the screen otherwise you can get stuck on a part of the ticket. Search function has no back button. Horrendous

With the simplest of tweaks, it could be better!

I wholeheartedly agree with other reviews that the order of updates to tickets would be much better to have the latest at the top. If someone replied to a standard email, you wouldn’t expect to have to keep scrolling to find the latest update. How inefficient is that use of time I don’t have?!

Also, when making changes to tickets, there is no easy way to refresh, except to go off the current screen and back in again.

Come on - these are simple things! Please review urgently.

First review ever and it ain’t good chief

The tickets tend to get stuck when I am scrolling and have more tickets to view but they do not load into the list, I have to close the app a few times. The most annoying aspect of the update is the removal of the ticket counter. Being able to quickly check how many tickets I have open is a critical feature for me and it appears it is for others.

Suggestions

It would be great if the number of tickets for each category i.e. new and open, pending, etc. is still shown on the “Mint” mobile app just when it used to be shown on the old mobile app version. More importantly, it would be very efficient and a whole lot better and really helpful for the users, if the order of the messages on a ticket is in descending order (newest to oldest), instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom just to see the latest response. Hope you can do update and something about it at the earliest.

Honestly flabbergasted

I have never seen an app nose dive in quality in one update this hard. It opens up into notifications instead of my tickets like I didn’t go to the app from a notification, my tickets no longer show how many tickets I have open anywhere in the app, where it used to tell me how many tickets I have is replaced with some cutesy “that’s all folks!” which ontop of everything else just feels like it’s mocking me. The merge function is just... well non functional. Instead of pulling up the 20 odd tickets I have open to merge one it makes me search by either contact, subject, or the freaking ID# of the ticket????

Everything loads so much slower now, the app doesn’t even look good and I’m bringing all of this up at the next group meeting we have because even though we just started with Freshdesk this year the 5.0 update has left a terrible taste in my mouth over the entire system. Garbage redesign that just reeks of too many cooks in the kitchen.

Getting worse

This app once worked fantastically well. The separation of FD Caller seemed to be a trigger point for it to get worse. You no longer seem to be able to filter by agent, search effectively or complete the features you once could. A roll back would be hugely appreciated until fixed

Much better

Freshdesk finally fixed some serious issues on iPhone X! Thanks, folks!

One remaining issue is if you reply, the cursor appears at the top left of the auto inserted greeting, this should be fixed, but the huge pain in the rear this used to be has been largely fixed.

New version is horrible

I’ve ever written a review on an app in my long history of a iPhone user but this new version of FreshDesk is horrible. When it updated on my phone I was excited because first glance it looked visually better but as others have pointed out it’s buggy, unstable and html emails get cut off making them unreadable which is a problem since we respond to several off hours emails directly from the app. I emailed customer support and they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, which was very disappointing. Not so happy right now as I can’t respond to any customers who use any of our web forms which are generated via HTML

Mint is JUNK

For the last year they’ve been trying to push the MINT interface down our throats. Now they’re about to finally enforce it. With the latest update to bring the app to the Mint interface, the load time is drastically increased. I wonder if this is an agenda to decrease the load on their servers?
Take away the silly animation and make the app load fast like it used to!
