Game crashes.
I’m tired of being in the middle of a level and the game crashes. It seems to do this when I am doing well and after I have played a few levels. The app is updated. When this happens if I’m using any boosters and the game crashes I lose the boosters I chose. It’s almost as if it’s set up for the game to crash so we have to use more boosters and pay to get more or buy gold bars. I’m limited on what games I can play because I’m epileptic. I was playing candy crush saga, I was around level 3000, my profile picture got changed which I didn’t change it. I tried to change it back to what I had it as but wasn’t able to. Updated the app I lost all my levels and where I was on the weekly challenge. I had this issue before of which was fixed but was told I needed to start over which is what the game did. I told whom ever I talked to I didn’t work to get to level 3000 to start over again and work back to where I was because they said they can’t do anything!!! It’s all about money!!!Show lessCheJohn1

Once you find it, dig in there and pull out exactly 10 dollars. Go outside and find sticks to make a camp fire. Go get a lighter or a match and light the sticks. The game is great, and if you play if every day the rewards are excellent. But it has a serious flaw in the extra moves option if you need to watch an ad. The ads often freeze or don’t pay out if you hit the X too early. You don’t get the option to go back and continue to watch. Some days you you don’t get any success in watching ads for extra moves (like today 10/10 failures to show ads to the end) and it’s extremely frustrating!Show lessdebminty
Ruined by the adverts - seriously sort it out!!
I’ve enjoyed playing this game for some time but recently the adverts have totally ruined it
A lot of the adverts have a countdown wheel that finishes way too early so you’re left guessing how long the advert is supposed to be. If you go too early you lose the bonus.
Other adverts have opened a blank black screen that you have to exit the game and clear cache to remove.
Either way it’s a total waste of time and really annoying.
Accepted the adverts are optional but at least make sure they do what they’re supposed to do!Show less3030nigel
Don’t get bonus moves
I used to like playing this game but now when I watch adverts I don’t get the bonus moves, I just get a black screen and have to shut the game down and go back into it without the moves.

Upgrade removing the team life gift and changing request a life feature
This new upgrade changing the gift a life feature is awful. Now I cannot request a life every 24 hours from my team members, actually, I cannot do it at all.
And then I cannot request lives from my friends in the same way anymore. I am no longer getting the same number of lives as I Used to and cannot give the same number of lives as I used to.Show lessBlut864

My partner and I were really enjoying this game and have done for years and today we discover you can no longer receive multiple lives at a time from friends… this is pc version. We have spent a lot of money but still was enjoyable until now. We hope you’ll rethink this not so user friendly change to your gameShow lessjarrodlsullivan

Bright idea!!
Hi!! I have an idea! It involves you making money by tricking the user into paying even more money to play. It’s along the same lines as what you already do by popping a ‘pay to play’ button in GREEN. My idea is to swap the ‘x’ button in the top right hand corner around with a ‘pay money’ button! Genius right?! Users are so used to clicking the ‘x’ button to move on to the next game that they’ll press it automatically… this costing them money. Oh and also, how about reducing the piggy banks ‘full’ down again?! You’ve already reduced it from 100 to 30 and charging the earth for it so, why not reduce the coins to about 5 or something and charge the equivalent to a pound a coin?! This way, users will most probably be paying, on average around 2 quid a game.. if not adults, it’ll definitely trick the kids and you would be quids in! No need to thank me, I can see how you progress already so you most probably have most of my ideas in the pipeline.Show lessRoydon
