Great game but..
This game is very addictive and pleasing to play, but lately it has been frustrating to play as it adds on more complexity. For one, the animation sequences are way too excessive. There are a mere five animations for the race in which each one literally serves the same purpose as the other; it is unnecessary and long. The unskippable animations, in addition to the golden tickets that the user can’t skip or deactivate hence forcing us to have to wait the long seconds it takes to change each reward hour into 2 hours; things like these just stack up and make the gameplay unsatisfying. Either the animations are cut down, or let the user skip them through with a tap . Another thing I want to mention is the fish ai that shouldnt really prioritize eating special candy. I would leave those for better combos just to have it activated by a stupid ai fish and end up losing a heart. The worst thing is, I dont know if I’m just stupid, but most of the levels that are “hard” just become unplayable without bonuses or watching ads. I used to enjoy having a streak of not buying extra moves and never using bonuses, but nowadays I would play the same lever over and over again, never be able to beat it, and end up having it beaten simply by using my special candy or extra moves. Was good whilst it lasted
I’ve loved playing this game but I’m beaten. After level 700 it’s nearly impossible to keep up a rainbow streak. Was playing this one game I think I just have attempted it over 60 times and it’s taking too much time off me now. Got a little one so a little game here and there was fun but when you can’t get passed a level and your playing the same game over and over it becomes a bore and you spend hours on the same game not even joking I’ve been at it nearly 2 hours. Some of these ultra hard levels are so tough it would take me days to do it then all of a sudden I’ve passed it first time. Bit weird that. Overall good game but you need a lot of patience and time on your hands but if you get bored of playing the same game over and over it’s not for you.Show lessFoodhubIsBetter
So disappointed now
I am a big fan of all the King games and this was my favourite. I take healthy breaks for all the games I play, so when I came back to playing this after a few months and find that the game play has been sped up to a ridiculous rate, I am afraid I cannot play it any more. It is extremely distracting to the game play, I can’t keep up with the effect of the move or special move and in fact has given me a headache and stressed me rather than relaxed me. It’s so unnecessarily fast and there is no option to decrease the speed. I shall be deleting this game and I am yet to try the others in the Candy Crush Sage but I hope that they haven’t been sped up in the same way. I won’t be able to play them either if they have. Social Updates is a problem
I have already reported this issue. Not resolved. I will be deleting the app if not fixed.
On opening the app the “Social Updates” screen comes up first and I can’t escape out of any of the social updates screens/prompts to get to the actual game unless I’m prepared to click on all the affirmative prompt options in the Social Updates right through to the point of sending a message to someone I don’t even know. Even if it is just an emoji!. I have no idea who “Kimmy” is in the USA who has been in the game since 2011, and certainly don’t want to be her friend! If Kimmy is a fake friend (part of the app) and the Social Update steps I’m having trouble with, are just a “sampler”/guidance pages to show us a feature, then at least make that clear please.
On one screen the x close icon displays in the top right corner but it doesn’t appear to respond (I would expect that should allow me to close out of/escape the social updates screens but it doesn’t)
I didn’t upload this app to make social connections with strangers. I uploaded it to play a game.
Socially connecting with other players has always been optional but now you are forcing players to socially connect through the game.

Money grab
After nearly winning 4000 levels I uninstalled it. Some games got so ridiculously hard it was impossible to win without boosters which naturally you can purchase for a price. Purchasing a few things here and there for a token price would be ok for me but not the ridiculous amounts of $$s they ask. Also at the start of a hard level they will offer too you for a price boosters to help you win and progress to the next level. I asked myself “what’s the point in playing if I have to continually pay to win”.Show lessScottknows
App destroyed by excessive number of nags and prompts
Used to enjoy CC but now I’m just annoyed constantly by the nags. Eg today there’s the new Social nag. I don’t want friends in this game but there’s no way to say no to the friend request or to sending a heart. Then there’s the batula nag, where you have to randomly tap the screen until it decides to go away. Then there’s the bake a cake nag, no thank you, then there’s a collect your rewards nag. So, after all that, day in day out, means my screen time is now bloated not playing, not enjoying the actual game, just swearing at it and getting frustrated. SO I FINALLY DELETED IT!Show lesstreetam
Come Up With Something New!
I’ve been playing this game on a daily basis for several years now (level 3558) and one of the most annoying and pointless extras is the Episode Races. Please stop them and change it for something new. There was an option to opt out of them, but that’s been removed since the last update.
The app is also not working properly on so many levels now, or the developers are getting lazy. There are glitches on so many levels now with exploding candies or striped candies not being created when they should be or are not clearing lines when they should be. There are glitches on jam levels, where the jam appears outside the actual playing area as well. I’m beginning to think this is on purpose, so that players can’t win properly to force them to pay for additional items.

Addictive!
Cannot seem to put it down! I usually play while I’m waiting in the doctors office but now I find myself playing at home. This is not good! I find myself losing time as I’m lost in the game.
I am a metalsmith and really enjoy what I do. I’m very fortunate as I’m able to work from home. It’s quite fascinating when you’re jog allows you to just get lost inside your own mind and find your creativity which enables you to make whatever comes natural to you. (believe me when I tell you 89% of that “creativity” turns out to be not as you envision… and ends up in the pot to be melted down!). However, as I mentioned above, I love playing this game as well as its flagship game “Candy Crush” and when I do occasionally pick up my tablet to play I normally begin with Candy Crush and when I’ve run out of play (I only play the free games) then I’ll switch to Candy Crush Soda! Before I realize it hours have passed away and I have accomplished absolutely nothing that I had intended for that day! But for some reason I never feel That bad about it… because I always have such fun! I’m still pretty new to both games and am trying to reach the level that will allow me to join friends (cannot wait to meet more Candy peeps!) which, by the way, shouldn’t take me much longer. Can’t wait!

RIGGED GLITCH
I’ve been a loyal daily player for many years, a total addict and never had any real issues until recently. I don’t know if it’s a coincidental glitch or if you guys have decided to rig the game but I keep getting thrown off the game just as I’m about to win a level. Not only is it extremely annoying but it’s costing me boosters, prizes, gold pins and now my chef’s hat in the bakery too. It’s completely ruining my experience and causing a lot of frustration, especially for a game that’s supposed to be fun and relaxing. Normally I’d have given 5 stars but I’m being thrown off way too often now and it’s impacting my game play so much that I can’t give you any more than 2. If it doesn’t get fixed, I’m gonna have to delete the app.Show lessstxrmz
Candy crush Soda sage
I have been playing candy crush Soda saga but for the last few months, it then puts up the terms and conditions and I have to accept I cannot pass it AND then it takes me back to one again.
I was over 400 games when it first happened and after taking me to game one again, now on a weekly basis…..I am getting annoyed.
