Worst App Ever
This app is always broken and unstable when it’s supposed to be working!! Always frozen! Causes you to miss notifications.
I'm Always Missing Out On Orders
I miss out on a lot of notary assignments because the app simply won't open up after I've entered my pin. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
Glitchy; impossible to get orders even when replying within a split second
Constant notifications for the same order that is already filled hours after the appointment time. Also my phone is in m hand. I reply immediately within 1 second and it always says the order is filled, rendering the app useless. I've contacted support about it to no avail.
This app is where Bancserv is cut costs.
Freezes right in the middle of trying to accept an order. This is really just the worst app. I wish it could work, I’m losing jobs, deleting and downloading app at least twice/week.
Frustrating
Very frustrating to use. Every time I get a notification I go to view the order right away. I have to completely log in each time and accept the terms of service. Easily 90% of the orders are already accepted by the time I get in there.
Missed Signings
I have to agree to the terms and enter my PIN number every time I get a “Blast”

Always have to sign in. Can’t download docs from the app or upload. Can’t sync to your calendar seamlessly.

I have to keep logging in each time I get a notification and miss an assignment. The app does not keep me logged in. And always have to agree to term before logging in to the app. Very frustrating when I miss an assignment.
Missing features
Allow fingerprint and faceID as log in options.
